Founded in 2007 by American Maggie Whittum, Seoul City Improv is Korea’s first English-language improv comedy troupe. With humble beginnings as a short-form improv group, in the style of Whose Line Is It, Anyway?, SCI grew to tour in venues and festivals around the world, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, USA and more! 

SCI now hosts regular shows, workshops and classes all over Korea. 

Seoul City Improv also holds an open session every Sunday from 6pm to 9pm at the Funtastic Theater in Yongsan-gu.

Open sessions are open to all levels of experience and no prior sign up is necessary. These sessions cost 5,000 won (free for first-time guests).
